We are both trained sommeliers and have spent years studying flavor and texture combinations that complement each other. We love sharing knowledge and explaining the magic behind your favorite foods and beverages. Our services include entertaining fun facts and educational takeaways to use in your personal life. Based on your requests and the event occasion, we adapt our teaching style to be formal if you are trying to impress clients, or we will bring fun and relaxed vibes if you want a lighthearted night with your friends.
If you choose a beverage class, we can also provide charcuterie boards and appetizer platters. If you choose a food class, we can also provide beverage pairings. We love to mix-and-match our services and expertise to give you a fulfilling overall experience.

Dinners.
We are private chefs, caterers, and culinary enthusiasts. We will collaborate with you to create a food menu and recommend beverage pairings. On the big day, we will cook everything fresh on site and serve each course with a corresponding beverage. It is always the client’s decision if we lead a presentation between each course on the wine and food, or if we step aside and let the meal speak for itself.
We also pride ourselves on creating delicious non-alcoholic beverage pairings (upon request) with our foods. We will work with any dietary needs and take precautious to ensure all of your guests enjoy their experience!

Travels.
We’ve traveled to 26 countries and 47 states, and Vinnie is now a licensed Travel Agent! We have access to discounted hotels, rental cars, and travel excursions that only professionals in the travel industry have access to.
From boutique wine tours to rustic bike routes, we have a wide range of travel experiences we can recommend for you. We believe there is a time and place for traditional “tourist” spots, but most of our recommendations are off the beaten path and centered around local culture and cuisine.
Our Travel Consultation services can be as simple as recommending certain wineries to tour in a region, or as detailed as creating the itinerary and coordinating reservations for you.
